For Travel Agencies: About Admission via Ticket Machines

Starting this year, visitors will purchase their admission tickets through ticket machines and enter directly through the entrance gate.

For groups (20 or more people), or for any number of people below that, if you make a reservation in advance, we will prepare the admission tickets at the reception desk.

The payment method can be either cash or coupons. If tour coordinators or other personnel from the arrangement company are not accompanying the group, please provide the customers with coupon tickets. These coupon tickets will be accepted at the reception for issuing admission tickets.

If the group does not meet the minimum number requirement, the only way for Nakano Residence Memorial Hall to recognize that the customers are arranged by your travel agency is through a reservation. Therefore, please contact us in advance.

When you contact us in advance, tickets will always be purchased and issued at the reception desk.
